Refund Policy
At Prima Frame, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, send us an email at PrimaFrameUSA@gmail.com and we'll try to make it right.
If you need a return, here's how the process works:
Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To qualify, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned in their original packaging.
- Email us to get an RMA# and receive further instructions to complete your return. You will need this RMA# to return the product.

In some cases, only a partial refund may be approved:

Items not returned in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. You’ll then be notified whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be processed and applied automatically to your original payment method.

Please note: processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need the same item exchanged:
- Email us as soon as you receive your item at PrimaFrameUSA@gmail.com
- Be sure to include pictures of the defect.
- We'll write back and get an exchange set up for you.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such (or was shipped to the gift giver), the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
