If your model number contains “LS03” then yes, your TV will accommodate our frames. Also, you will see the size of your TV. The two digits before LS03 will indicate your TV size. Example: QN65LS03DAFXZA This example indicates that it is a 65" TV size.

We make our frames in USA (Greenville, SC) using genuine real wood molding sourced from USA, Italy, Portugal and Asia.

You can clean your frame with a very slightly damp soft cloth.

No, your Sansung Frame TV remote operates via Bluetooth therefore it will work as designed even with a frame installed.

Yes, because the frame fully covers the front of the TV's bezel, it will block the light sensor. However, this function is disabled when you purchased your TV and is rarely used. Should you require the functionality of that sensor you can purchase a remote light sensor that connects to your TV.

Yes, it's as easy as any traditional picture frame. Simply insert the included bowtie connectors at each corner and add a little glue.

Yes, If you would like a custom sized frame to match that of your new TV frame simply contact us with the size you would like and we will be happy to provide a cost for this. Note, we can only offer the frame itself and would not include glass, back board or matting. This would be provided by your local framing shop.

Yes, you can purchase samples and if you decide to order a frame the sample costs will be deducted from your order.
