What TV’s work with your frames?
Samsung “The Frame” TV’s from 2021 and later. To confirm your TV is the correct model, press and hold the "Play/Pause" button on your remote and your model number will appear. If your model number contains “LS03” then yes, your TV will accommodate our frames. Also, you will see the size of your TV. The two digits before LS03 will indicate your TV size. Example: QN65LS03DAFXZA This example indicates that it is a 65" TV size.
Where are Prima Frames made?
We make our frames in USA (Greenville, SC) using genuine real wood molding sourced from USA, Italy, Portugal and Asia.
How should I clean my new frame?
You can clean your frame with a very slightly damp soft cloth.
Will my remote control be affected?
No, your Sansung Frame TV remote operates via Bluetooth therefore it will work as designed even with a frame installed.
Will the light/motion sensor be affected?
Yes, because the frame fully covers the front of the TV's bezel, it will block the light sensor. However, this function is disabled when you purchased your TV and is rarely used. Should you require the functionality of that sensor you can purchase a remote light sensor that connects to your TV.
Is it easy to assemble?
Yes, it's as easy as any traditional picture frame. Simply insert the included bowtie connectors at each corner and add a little glue.
What is your return policy?
You can return your unassembled frame for refund or exchange within 30 days of date of order. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
How soon will I receive my order?
Depending on your location, most orders are delivered in 4-9 days.
Can I purchase custom sized matching frames to frame my own artwork?
Yes, If you would like a custom sized frame to match that of your new TV frame simply contact us with the size you would like and we will be happy to provide a cost for this. Note, we can only offer the frame itself and would not include glass, back board or matting. This would be provided by your local framing shop.
Do you offer samples of your frames?
Yes, you can purchase samples and if you decide to order a frame the sample costs will be deducted from your order.
What is the warranty of the frame?
Your new frame comes with a one year limited warranty that covers any manufacturer's defects in parts or material. Please see the Limited Liability terms for details.
